Hi Everyone!

It’s that time of year again, it’s time for the Medicare Annual Election Period! So, what does that even mean?

AEP runs every year from Oct 15 – Dec 7th. During this time plan benefit changes for the upcoming year are released, allowing Medicare beneficiaries to shop for different plans that meet their needs. Any changes made will take effect on January 1, 2020.

Here is what you can do during this time:

  • Elect to change from one Medicare Advantage plan to a different one.
  • Change from original Medicare to a Medicare Advantage plan.
  • Change from one Part D plan to another. (Part D is your Prescription Drug Plan)
  • Cancel your Part D plan.
  • Enroll in a Medicare Supplement Plan

Remember: We at Manzi Insurance know how confusing or overwhelming some of this can be. We know there is a lot of information coming at you during this time - and you may even hear different things from your friends and family. That's why are here to listen to and help you navigate your options to determine which plan may best fit your unique needs.
