Full-Time - Licensed Insurance Representatives
Manzi Insurance, established in 2004, is an independent insurance agency located in Woodbury and Newtown, Connecticut. We are growing and looking to hire Full-Time Licensed Insurance Representatives.
The current openings are for the following departments:
- Commercial Lines
- Health Insurance
The ideal candidate will have an existing Connecticut P&C -or- L&H Insurance Producer License with experience working as an agent - or the ability to obtain the appropriate insurance license. If you are comfortable with talking to people, communicating professionally, and using technology, then you may be a good fit for this job opportunity.
The duties between the departments vary but the main responsibilities for these positions are:
- supporting account managers
- billing/claim servicing
- issuing binders/certificates/ID
- reporting policy changes
- account rounding
- renewal quoting & submissions clients: virtual or in-person
- audit reviews
- fact finding
- researching markets cards
- creating applications
- issuing accounts
- meeting with current & prospective: virtual & in-person
Dependable Schedule, Income and Benefits! Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday (8:30 - 4:30); we are closed on weekends and most major holidays. Employee benefits include:

- salary: $40-50k entry level, flexible based on experience for licensed applicants
